Policies & Product Safety
Returns & Refunds
Thanks for shopping with us. Every piece is made just for you when you place your order, so please give this a quick read before you buy.
All sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or we sent you the wrong item or size, we'll make it right with a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@outtapocketclothing.com with:
- Your order number
- The date your order was delivered
- Clear photo(s) of the issue
- For a wrong size, a photo of the size label
We'll personally look at it and get back to you within two business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. In most cases you won't need to send the item back, but we may ask for more photos or for the item to be returned (at our cost, we'll tell you where to send it) before we issue a refund or replacement. We may decline requests we have good reason to believe are fraudulent or abusive.
Normal wear and tear from wearing, damage from washing, and small color differences between your screen and the real product aren't considered defects.
Returns and exchanges
Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.
Order changes
Need to change or cancel an order before it ships? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production, we may not be able to change it.
This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping
Every piece is made just for you when you place your order. Here's what to expect once you do.
Processing time
Orders are made and shipped within 1-3 business days. Weekends, holidays and busy periods can occasionally add a little extra time. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days in the US and 3-7 business days elsewhere. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order, and shown before you pay.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to show the first update. That's normal.
Orders in more than one package
Different items can be made at different production facilities, so a mixed order may arrive in more than one package. Each package gets its own tracking.
Your shipping address
Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We'll do our best to fix it before your order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once it's in production. If an order can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are paid by you.
Delays
Carriers, customs, weather and other events outside our control can occasionally delay delivery. A delay doesn't mean your package is lost. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Lost packages
If your package is lost in transit, we'll send you a replacement or give you a refund once the carrier confirms it's lost.
Marked as delivered but not received?
Please check around your door, mailbox, with neighbors and with anyone at your address. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a little early, so give it 24 hours. Still nothing? Email us with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Customs and import fees
Depending on your country, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are paid by you.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
See our Refund Policy.
Questions?
Email us at hello@outtapocketclothing.com with your order number and we'll get back to you within two business days.

Certain service providers may also offer enhanced features or functionality that use information and data generated through your interactions with our store, as well as interactions with other merchants or with those providers.
Where applicable, these providers may independently determine how certain personal information is processed in connection with the services they provide. This may include responsibility for responding to certain requests concerning personal information processed directly by them.
Where your rights allow you to request access, deletion, correction, restriction, portability, or other action concerning information processed by a third-party service provider, you may be directed to that provider or its applicable privacy mechanism where appropriate.

Information that you disclose through public or semi-public platforms, including information shared through third-party social networking services, may be visible to other users of those platforms and may be used by us or the applicable third party without limitations on use imposed by us.
The presence of a third-party link within our Services does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement of that website, platform, its content, or its owners or operators, except where expressly stated through the Services.
CHILDREN’S DATA
The Services are not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are below the age of majority applicable in their jurisdiction.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child who has provided personal information to us, you may contact us using the information provided in the Contact section below to request that the information be deleted.
As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “sell” or “share,” as those terms are defined under applicable law, the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

We take reasonable measures to help protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no security system or method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute or perfect security.
Information transmitted to us may also be vulnerable while it is in transit. For this reason, we recommend that you avoid using unsecured communication channels to send sensitive or confidential information.
The period for which we retain personal information depends on several factors, including whether the information is necessary to maintain your account, provide the Services, fulfill legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or otherwise comply with applicable contracts, policies, or legal requirements.
YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have some or all of the rights described below regarding your personal information.

Terms of Service
Overview
Welcome to Outta Pocket. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Outta Pocket. We operate this store and website, including all related content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services").
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting or using the Services, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
1. Access and account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you are using the Services with the consent of a parent or guardian.
You may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping details. You confirm that the information you provide is correct, current and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell or share your account with anyone else.
2. Our products
Every product is made to order when you place your order. We do our best to show our products accurately, but colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen and device settings. Small variations like these are normal and are not considered defects.
We may change product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities available to any person or region at any time.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and your payment has been processed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Because every product is made to order, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has gone into production. Please review your order, size and shipping address carefully before you submit it.
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.
4. Prices and payment
Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Any taxes, shipping costs and applicable fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
Promotions may have their own terms. If a promotion's terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion's terms apply. Unless stated otherwise, discounts can't be combined, and only the best available discount is applied.
You confirm that the payment information you provide is correct and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or other events outside our control. More details are in our Shipping Policy.
If something goes wrong with your delivery, email hello@outtapocketclothing.com with your order number and any details that help, like tracking information or photos. We look at every case individually and make it right where it's fair.
Damaged, defective or wrong items are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including our designs, logos, brand name, text, images and graphics, belongs to Outta Pocket or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our designs or content for any other purpose without our written permission.
7. Third-party tools and links
The Services may include tools, content or links provided by third parties. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Your use of third-party tools and websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
8. Our service providers
The Services are supported by third-party technology, hosting, payment and fulfillment providers. Your purchase is made directly with Outta Pocket. To the extent permitted by law, our service providers are not responsible for any part of the sale between you and us.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Reviews and feedback
If you send us or post reviews, photos, ideas or other feedback ("Feedback"), you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish and display it, including in our marketing. You confirm that you own the rights to your Feedback, that it is honest and reflects your own experience, and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights or any law. We may edit or remove Feedback that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.
11. Errors and inaccuracies
Occasionally the Services may contain errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping costs or availability. We may correct these errors at any time. If an error affects an order you've already placed, we'll contact you, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
12. Prohibited uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use them to:
- Break any law or infringe anyone's rights
- Harass or harm anyone
- Send spam or spread malware
- Impersonate others
- Scrape or collect data with automated tools, including AI agents that don't identify themselves
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Services
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
13. Disclaimer
Information on the Services is provided for general information purposes. To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". This does not affect your statutory rights regarding the products you buy, including your rights if a product is faulty.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection laws.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover any claims, losses or costs we face because you broke these Terms or the law, or infringed someone else's rights.
16. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability, continue to apply afterwards.
17. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our policies, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If we don't enforce a right, that doesn't mean we've waived it.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
