How long does shipping take?
Orders are made and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days in the US and 3-7 business days elsewhere.
I only received half the items of my order?
Totally normal. Different items are made at different production facilities, so a mixed order (like tees, hoodies and candles) can arrive in more than one package. T-shirts usually land first, and the rest follows within a couple of days, each with its own tracking.
What's your return policy?
Every piece is made just for you when you order, so we can't take returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.
If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a full refund or a free replacement. Full details in our Returns & Refunds policy at the bottom of this page.
How do your shirts fit?
Our tees run true to size on a standard unisex cut. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, size one up for a boxier fit.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is shipped and on its way.
First you will receive a confirmation email within 2 hours of your purchase, this WILL NOT contain the tracking number, that comes in the next email.
Please allow for up to 3 business days (usually 24-48h) for the second email containing the tracking number to reach you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries. Check availability at checkout. Your order is made at the production facility closest to you, which keeps shipping fast and helps avoid customs fees in most places. If any customs fees or import duties do apply, they're paid by you.
